Sweet by Lolita Lempicka
This is a spunky, cheapy cherry scent. It’s composition is like if a Shirley Temple bumped uglies with a cherry cordial at a bar. It smells like the photos made to market Kubrick’s adaptation of Lolita where a coquettish temptress’s cherry-stained mouth is ever-so grazing a lollipop. Fact check—this was never part of the book, but went on to change lollipop’s meaning forever. What I’m getting at is this is a very young, sweet, and sexy little number. If you want to be a Jolly Rancher hussie I highly recommend it. I also can’t get over the bottle—the atomizer is a golden fruit stem. To die for like all of Lempicka’s designs.
Notes include pure sugar, sour cherry, cocoa, iris, angelica, musk, and cashmere wood. In real life you will smell like Lana Del Rey twirling while singing the words “Be My Daddy.”
